These Terms and conditions apply to your use of this website. Please ensure you read and agree to our company's Terms and Conditions.

Next Mobile gives no authority (whether implied or expressed) to link to, or frame any of the content which appears on our website, or to use a representation of the Company's trademarks or logos as a link button without the express agreement of the management of Next Mobile.

Privacy Policy
Next Mobile and its employees respect your privacy and as such, any and all information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused or disclosed to any Third Parties. Security & Fraud Prevention
At the time of placing an order with us we will log your IP address and time of order. Should we be exposed to any potential fraudulent or criminal acts then this data will be passed on to the relevant authorities for further investigation.

At Next Mobile we treat our, and our customer's security and privacy with the utmost respect and will use the full extent of the law to protect this.

We may conduct additional checks on the cardholder to verify name, telephone number and address for orders placed with payment via a Credit Card. We may also request further identification should we not be able to verify customer details and reserve the right to cancel an order if we feel it may in anyway be fraudulent.

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, it is the web standard for encrypting communications between users and e-commerce websites. When you visit Next Mobile's secure web pages, during the checkout process for example, your browser will display a 'padlock' or other symbol to inform you that SSL has been enabled.

We use an SSL certificate provided by one of the largest internet security companies; Comodo. This ensures that all sensitive data you enter via your web browser is sent securely using 128 bit encryption from your pc to our webserver.

Website Accuracy
Our website design team work hard to ensure that our site is always accurate.

However, due to the rapidly changing nature of the mobile phone industry we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied especially with mobile handset specifications and in box contents which may change without notice to us. Next Mobile reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or product information received from our suppliers, or from an unauthorised user altering the content of our website, Next Mobile reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for such products.

Product Availability
All items displayed on our website are subject to availability and whilst we attempt to ensure each item on our website is available, there may be some items that may be out of stock due to delays and supply issues with our suppliers and distributors.

If any product ordered is out of stock we will notify you within 3 working days of your order being placed. We will advise you of the likely delay and keep you fully informed of the estimated delivery date. We will endeavour to update our website of any items that may be out of stock for an extended period of time.

With any of our coming soon items we will ensure that as soon as stock becomes available we will update our website accordingly.

Pricing
All prices listed on our website are inclusive of GST.

Order Confirmation
After your order has been placed a member of our Customer Services Team may call to confirm your order details and delivery information. Alternatively, you may receive an email requesting further information from our Accounts Department. We do this to ensure both our customers' and ourselves are protected from any fraudulent credit card activity and that any orders being placed on our website are intended for the customer placing the order.

Payment
On our website we accept payment for transactions via Bank Transfer, Direct Deposit, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Please note we DO NOT accept personal cheques as a payment method.

For Internet Bank Transfers and Direct Deposit transactions please note your Order Number as the Payment Reference Number when completing your banking transaction.

Credit Cards
Please ensure that all credit card particulars provided in your shopping cart are correct and accurate as incorrect details may result in a delay in the shipping of your goods.

Shipping
We send all our parcels Australia wide by express courier delivery via Startrack Express or Australia Post Express. Please note that all parcels must be signed for to receive goods. Should you not be available to sign for these items then the courier will leave a card providing details of further delivery instructions. If you are unsure if you will be available for receipt of an item at time of delivery it is recommended that you have your order delivered to your workplace for example to enable your goods to be received promptly.

Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery of your item.

All our orders are insured for the value of the contents and if your order is lost, stolen or damaged we will ship a replacement order upon completion of necessary investigations into the original order. These investigations may take up to a period of two weeks from when initial notification from the customer is received by Next Mobile.

Next Mobile is not responsible for the estimated delivery time and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.

Product Warranty
Please refer to the Warranty section in the 'Next Mobile Help' menu for full details of our Warranty terms and conditions.

Refunds
We do not normally offer a refund if you make a incorrect choice, have incompatibility issues with other networks or products or just don't like the product purchased. Please choose carefully before you buy - you may even want to visit another store in a shopping centre, etc. to see a working model of the phone before you buy.

You may request a refund, if goods purchased from Next Mobile are no longer available for sale or if goods have been mis-advertised. Alternatively, a Store Credit may be offered at our discretion.

Should Next Mobile offer a refund these can take up to a maximum of 10 days to be processed, and no postage will be refunded on any returned goods. All refunds / returns may also be liable for a re-stocking fee of $35.

General
Next Mobile reserves the right to change, amend or omit the site within the Worldwide Web at our discretion at any time. We also reserve the right to change, correct or update information and to correct any errors, omissions or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice.

Next Mobile will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.
